Those selected to join our team are placed onto a formal initiation programme for new graduates, with dedicated support and training from senior colleagues. All employees receive twice yearly reviews to track their progress, with objectives and targets tailored to individual roles, interests and career aims. We offer additional academic and professional training which is agreed between the employee and their line manager, so graduates have the opportunity to expand their knowledge and experience while working.

We ask graduates to undertake site-based work as part of the role, although we are flexible to individual needs and preferences and office-based roles are also available. All graduates are asked to relocate to the North West, within commutable distance of our offices in Bromborough, Wirral.
