As well as exhibiting at Ocean Business, Bibby HydroMap has confirmed Bibby Athena will be at the event, equipped with their new remote survey platform d'ROP
With more than 300 exhibiting companies, 180 hours of training and demonstration sessions, vessels moored directly alongside, the offshore survey conference and networking social events, Ocean Business 15 is arguably the most important industry event of the year.
Bibby HydroMap are bringing their newly launched survey vessel Bibby Athena to the show, equipped with their revolutionary survey platform d'ROP. As part of the official training and demonstration programme, Bibby HydroMap will be hosting vessel tours which can be booked at the show, focusing on the new Teledyne RESON 7125 full-rate dual-head multibeam system, as well as publically introducing the d'ROP. The d’ROP is designed to excel in providing accurate depth of burial data in areas where compact ROVs struggle with the environmental conditions and work-class ROVs add significant expense.
To officially unveil the new Bibby HydroMap branding, the company will also be hosting a lunchtime reception on their stand Q8 at 12pm on Tuesday 14th April, where staff will be on hand to discuss the latest company developments. Previously named Osiris Projects, the company announced their rebranding to Bibby HydroMap last week, almost three years after being acquired by Bibby Line Group. The company has grown significantly since the acquisition in May 2012 to over 100+ employees with a turnover of over £10m.
